Hi there. Yes, all COVID tests require an appointment. If you're displaying symptoms, please schedule a video visit first. In terms of cost, insurance will cover testing. However, we advise that you consult with your insurance provider to see if you might have a copay. If you do not have insurance, you will be reimbursed for any costs under the CARES Act. However, note that rapid antigen testing is not covered by insurance or the CARES Act and is $75 self-pay.
No appt necessary however you have to make an appt time and speak thru telemed to answer some questions online and then you can go take a test $75 for same day 3 to 5 days for other thru your health insurance.
If you have insurance just copay, if not 150.00 aramingo ave location don't need appointment
