I don't know why this place has low ratings. I've been here at least three times, and each time I had a wonderful experience. From front desk being very nice and welcoming, to nurses being so sweet and kind and Drs and physicians being so so patient and empathetic, not rushing you at all, actually listening to what you're saying, and explaining what they're thinking, or why they want to run a certain test, and isit overall incredible health care providers. After being to so many Drs that spoke down to me, were condescending and rude, this palace give me for the medical field, and brings back the trust in Drs. Thank you too all of you. You're incredible Oh, and the wiat was basically nothing. There was one person waiting before me and that's it. I never waited here more than 15 minutes or so

I took my 13 year old son who is autistic, non-verbal and also has an intellectual disability to be treated for an eye problem. He is afraid to go back into the rooms so after waiting for a while the nurse practitioner called his name. I asked the nurse practitioner if she would see him in the waiting room. She refused with an unfriendly tone stating it violates hippa privacy regulations to which I replied “the room is empty there is nobody here??” She refused again stating she would only see him in a room….so we left….. how disappointing for a child with special needs to be refused treatment by a health professional in such a way, she made no attempt whatsoever to help resolve the problem and offered no alternative…… I can only assume that we are not welcome to receive treatment at a Jefferson urgent care. UPDATE: Jefferson reached out to me that night with a genuine apology and an explanation. They had gotten together and brainstormed on how they could of handled the situation better for my son. He then presented me with the ideas they had come up with all of which were well thought out and certainly would of helped my son with his visit. Hopefully our experience has gone some way in making things easier for the next person who visits with special needs. I am grateful to them for reaching out and trying to improve things I can't expect more than that.

I went there. They have doctor there.
Yes. Well I know they asked questions, checked, diagnosed and treated me (gave me meds) when I had the worst UTI ever last year. I was in and out super quick too. Everyone was great there!
Yes
General practice.... they can definitely see a child but if it's something serious ...they're going to recommend the follow up with the specialist pediatrician,
You can bring her in to be evaluated. If she meets criteria for testing she will be tested in the urgent care of not she will given a referral to a testing site. We don't do rapid tests or turn around time is roughly 5 days
Yes they do x-rays
