Insurance fraud alert!! They made us pay in full for services rendered that day, and told us we would have to submit it ourselves to our insurance company for reimbursement. Then, they also billed our insurance company, who also paid them in full! They double-billed, and got paid twice! Now, we can not reach them as their phone number is not in service!

Didn't answer the phone typical Frankford Ave behavior definitely not surprised🤷🏽♂️

They literally sent me a text asking to confirm my appointment just for me to get there and them be closed. This is absolutely unacceptable. What a horrible business.

The worse place ever to make an appointment with. This morning 6:30 am I scheduled my appointment for 3:30 and then I received a text message to confirm the appointment. 2 hours later I get a cancellation of the appointment from their end. I called twice and finally got a hold of someone. She told me to go back in and reschedule. Waste of my day waiting when I could have been seen somewhere else.

Currently we do not have a contract with United Healthcare?
They do have one next door But you should go to real doctors..this place blows
We would need to verify with the insurance if our facility can accept this insurance. We do that by seeing your card and contacting them. Each private insurance has different processes. Thank you for your inquiry.
Epic urgent care does not have a contract with Aetna better health. To find an Urgent care that accepts your insurance please call the number on the back of your insurance card.
Yes we do. We open today at 8 am and close at 4pm.
At this time we don't have a contract with United healthcare. We are working on the application yo accept United healthcare.
Yes you can. I had trouble with my ears as well so for future reference they do treat ears and I also got a script for ear drops but they are very touchy about giving any type if pain medicine other than tylenol or Motrin.
