Even if you make an appointment you will still have to wait. I have been here over an hour and I'm still sitting here. I only have to renew due to my liscense being 10 years old. I would not recommend coming to this office under any circumstance.

We need to vote people into office that actually care

At least you didn't have to wait in line for 3 - 4 hours with no appointment or longer. Been there done that. Hour is nothing

All of the License Bureau Offices are the same! People working there don't know how to take care of our issues. This is a huge problem in Texas and it just gets worse with the Pandemic. Write to Governor Abbott. If everyone would do this maybe there will be some changes.
