Why did I see the fresh hot donut lights on and usually that means you get a free fresh hot donut but no this time I went in I got a wrapped up donut hole that was cold I’m very disappointed.

This location doesn't hand out free doughnuts anymore, because it's corporate-owned, and now follows their rules. The hot light means that the original glaze are being made fresh for purchase, which is the same as many other locations across the country.

They have recently changed hands and are now under new ownership. It is no longer policy to provide free doughnuts. They do however have free doughnut holes.

There's supposed to akways give you a free hit glazed donut. When the lights on as far as I know. I'd pursue it

I understand that each Krispy Kreme shop decides what if anything, they will give when the light is on!!

I would ask mgr next tume you are there. Thet are pretty good with customer service. One of the cleanest crispy creams i have been in.

Its so cold out that the donut cooled down from hand to hand 😏
