Lots of creeks/streams super close by I'm sure a dog would enjoy :)
In certain areas away from the general beach, administration can direct you when you check in. They put lines in the water for a swim area. It's usually pretty packed with people which is why it would be hard to have dogs in there too.
No, but they can stay on the grass. We tied our dog around a tree and hung out there for the day.
