How is the service dept. Here? Do they charge a person for oil changes, but don't do the oil change?

I have never had that problem and most vehicles have their oil changed every 10,000 miles because most Toyota products have synthetic oil as the oil doesn't need to be changed every time you go to have your vehicle serviced.
