Texas doesn't have a State Tax like California. I'm not aware of any other tax free shopping days.
Not likely, maybe if you buy online and in a state where there isn't a Summit Racing.
You have to have an Atech account with Summit to purchase tax free for resale. As an independent customer, you are required to pay tax.
