In Madera County there is no time associated with the ordinance. Your peace can be disturbed any time of the day. It just has to be heard from over 50 feet from the source. It also has to be excessive and/or unreasonable.

Noise is supposed to be cut off at 9 or 10 after that its a nuisance and you can call the cops and file a complaint
