My license expired in July during covid. I wanted to renew for a Real ID and needed a certified copy of my marriage certificate. I felt more safe at this location than anywhere I've been in the last 4 months! I needed an appointment and had already printed and filled out the form from their website. Upon entering the building your temperature is checked and you must where a mask. I then call the records office from outside their door and someone came and got me. She took my form and $15 and came back within 5 minutes with my certified copy. Very fast, efficient, everyone was very friendly. I was there under 15 minutes!

I would try either the District Attorney's Office, or the Sheriff's Department. If this was a City case, I would also look at MPD (Madera Police Department).
