I went like 3 times and first day I went on the website shows they are open but the person was not there that day. Second day I went they told me they close at 5 because the girl doing the fingerprints would go pick up her daughter and I got there at 4:00pm to not even get to, there was literally 1 person infront of me and the machine wasn't even working slowing down. They told me to wait and didn't even get to get attended. She told me to come back the next day and be there by 9:30 am I get there sometime 9:15 next day and she tells me come back at 10:00 cause there would be another person helping her. She could have literally attended me there was no one else. I don't write reviews but this is my first time due to how bad this service was. I'm the type of person who is chill and doesn't mind waiting but after so many times trying to get it done and they send me away like I have the whole time of the world, I was hell no. I recommend the fresno livescan on Bullard. I went there took her a few seconds and was done.

Ok so you know this place is in the UPS store and the service was excellent! The young man who helped us was polite and h Very efficient in what he does.
