Who makes decisions on how this shelter is run? Who is in charge of supplying food for the people who live there? What happened to supplying a breakfast and a sack lunch? Where does all the money go that's donated to Echo?

Hello ladies. We apologize for the delay, when this was posted 2 years ago there was a change in administration and no staff to answer Google questions. A list of our staff and board members, a full list of our services and programs that our funding pays for, and an announcement that we recently were allowed some open daytime hours, therefore breakfast and lunches are available. ECHO never did answer. I heard so many horror stories of people saying a majority of caseworkers were awful. One lady had a video she showed me, when I worked at Circle K of a case worker screaming at her horribly.
