Go into the social services office in Paso Robles or Atascadero and ask them for the direct number of somebody. Also, go on www.lifeline.com and send in your information with proof of food benefits or state healthcare and they will have a phone delivered to you within two weeks.

A photo ID or driver's license. Be cleared of any arrest warrants. And not be a registered sex offender so Megan's Law is used.
