As long as you are in the line by 7pm, they will serve you.
Check their Twitter feed to keep track of the queue timings, it's pretty spot on.
630 and you should be good. I eent last time less then 30min.
A worker comes and lines up behind the last person at closing time and tells anyone that comes later that the place is closed
They keep updates on the length of the line on social media, so if the line is 2.5 hrs long, be there 2.5 hrs before closing
If you get there at 6 you're good. If you get there after 7 they will let you know they arent taking any more orders. But either way its 100% worth the wait.
From what I recently saw they don't cut you off the line prior to its closing time.
They will serve you as long as it is before 7pm but it is very probable that some items are unavailable
