Why don't you clean up and mopped the floors and attend to the patients instead of leaving it up to the nurses. My mom room and the floors are so sticky that it shouldn't be that way.what are y'all doing anything about it. Ll

They have an excellent housekeeping staff who tends to the rooms during morning and mid shift. I am unsure as to why you are assuming that the nurses clean and mop the floors 🤔

Hi Wilma, Every room in our skilled unit is cleaned on a daily basis, including dusting and disinfecting of all surfaces throughout the room and bathroom, and mopping the floors. If you are at the community visiting your mother, and notice a housekeeping problem, please bring it to the attention of a WEL employee and they will be happy to contact a staff member from the Housekeeping to attend to the issue.
