I would really look around, they are every expensive. And you get trapped to having to go back every 3 months for the life of the puppy. You must buy 2 vitamins and a food. Good for them because you pay them even more money. Yes you can hold the puppy you like, just be aware it is a sales trap.
Yes. They have little closed cubicles to meet the pups.
Yes you can hold, pet, and play worth any puppy you want, or kitten for that matter.
You can schedule a time(appointment/reservation) to go and be with the puppies.
