I stopped by a little bit before opening hours to buy dog food for my dog not realizing the store wasn't open yet. The man watching the parking lot rudely called me a liar when I said I was going to buy dog food. Having my dog with me wasn’t even good enough proof for him. All I wanted to do was wait 15 minutes until the store opened. He was very threatening, and very scary. There is a sign saying it’s for certain stores parking only. Petco was included, so I’m not sure why this threatening man wouldn’t let me park there. I will drive out of my way to go to any other pet store now even though I live in the neighborhood directly behind the store.

This location used to be my favorite. But they recently got this gentlemen as a parking lot attendant and he is the rudest person alive. I pulled up today and forgot that my appointment was tomorrow, I sat there for a few minutes making some phone calls confirming which day and location it was. He started yelling at me telling me to never park there again because it was a private lot. I tried to nicely explain why I was there, and he kept yelling at me. I'll never go back.

Appointment was easy to make and the whole team today seems to have the new COVID-19 procedure down to where the visit progressed quite smoothly and efficiently.
