I’ve been here twice now through the week during the business hours (around 11:30am - 12pm) and they have had paying customers waiting in their cars, waiting for someone to show up and open up the place. When you call you get the same (business hours/days) greeting which are false. Their website shows a Facebook page which shows no announcement regarding any changes pertaining to hours of operation. -1 Star from a new customer’s perspective & for first impressions

The workers are extremely nice. Very welcoming. Plus the convenience of washing my dogs without hurting my back is awesome. I love that there tubs are high rise. Wouldn't change Bruno's for anything. I have been attending there since it opened.

Vaccines are available through Penny Paws on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month at Bruno's. You can walk in anytime to bath your dog. 🐕🐕😀😀
