Take confirmation number to desk and check in luggage, then wait for your bus.
You need to print your ticket at home, I've had problems trying to have customer service print my ticket at the station. Then, get there in time for boarding, usually you load your own bags onto the bus. I recommend using the restroom in the station before you get on the bus, and have your phone, or any electronic device charged (often the outlets don't work and occasionally the WiFi doesn't work either), if you plan on using it much. Otherwise, pack an external battery. Bring snacks & drinks because all the stops are at expensive convenience stores.
