this place is trash. their customer service is is very disreaspectful. we spoke to a manager and she was rude and we called corporate and they did nothing to assist us in getting an apology

That's not a question, that's a statement. I've had good service from knowledgable staff almost everytime. I did get some flack from a gal in Killeen, once.
