As a former lowes store manager I am sorry to say all u need to do is raise hell and lowes will return something they dont even sell to ultimately keep their district manager out of it keep their customer service scores high. If its 1000 dollars u might have to raise a bit more hell. But at the end of the day they will do whatever it takes to keep the customer happy and to keep the voice of the customer happy so the key escalation has to stay low so it seems like they can take care of the problem so their district manager doesn't have to hear about it you just need to raise a bunch of hell

Depends on the store your calling and associates working there. I live in Lake Charles, LA, Can't get anyone to pickup in Delivery, either just rings or pickup and hang up. FRUSTRATING 😡😡😡

I have never seen freon in any Lowe's. You probably need R134a, try Walmart's automotive section or an auto parts store. There should be a tag under the hood that tells you which refrigerant you need. Unless it is very old, you need R134a.
