If I can put zero stars I would.We just came out of the store today to purchase a door.The guy goes to tell us,” we close at 3:00 so if you going to make a decision you need to make it now!”I mean what the heck!!I would go spend more money at the big box store than spend my money in this place!Ridiculous!!Where has customer service gone?When it was Surplus the service was better.I’m over this store.It was short older guy.

Low prices on carpet but the staff isn't helpful at all. I've been doing business here for 4 months and every time I return it's worse. I assumed the workers were just new and that I should give it some time. I was very wrong about that. I'm more than sure that the owners have no idea about how the workers are treating the customers. I couldn't find one person that actually understood the inventory the times that i went. Everyone basically made me feel like an inconvenience because they had other things to do. I even tried contacting a manager but I was told she was busy and was asked to leave a message with "Willis" even though he had nothing to write with ... so of course never received that call. He is probably the same person that told me that they don't sell carpet while we stood in front of giant carpet rolls. This last visit took 3 days to get carpet cut. I'm very dissatisfied and I would love to explain my experience to the owner... I spend over $600 every time I go.

Do not waste your time with this place! I have flooring popping up everywhere and can’t even get anyone to call me back to see how we are going to fix the problem! This will surely be the last time I do business with this store!
