Yes, helmets are required in all skating areas at all KTR locations. Safety first!

When I was there it was still under development, and there was no skating, so I may not be the best person to give advice. But with most of these place they do make you wear a helmet for safety reasons and to prevent any lawsuits that may occur. My guess would be yes, helmets are required.
