NO YOU CAN'T YOU HAVE TO GO INTO THE OFFICE WITH VALID. I.D. YOU CAN NOT APPLY FOR A SOCIAL SECURITY CARD ON LINE FOR ANY STATE IT'S ONE ADMINISTRATION AND THEY ALL HAVE THE SAME RULES. YOU HAVE TO GO INTO THE OFFICE WITH VALID. I.D. AND ONCE THEY VERIFY YOU THEY WILL MAIL IT TO YOU AT THE GIVEN ADDRESS.
