Horrible service. Most workers there don't know anything, don't care about their job, are rude and impatient and refuse to help you or provide any information about questions asked. Whenever I call I have to wait 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Whenever I go in person I have to wait 4 to 5 and a half hours to speak to someone. Even if you try to make an appointment they are not prepared for you at all. A complete overhaul of personnel is needed.

My husband and I recently visited this office and had no problems. We were in and out in the space of about 45 minutes, if that. From the time we came through the front door, everyone was courteous. Ms. Erica Ketty handled my issues with professionalism and kindness. I was impressed.

I was taken in shortly after my arrival and seen by Ms Davis, who assisted me and completing paperwork, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, I wish that everyone would be just like her. Thank you Ms Davis.
