Great building. Staff is terrific - especially Gina and Talib. The two of them absolutely make living in this building so, so much more enjoyable. The Board and long-term owners are often insane and have some crazy rules - but this is probably true for most personally owned buildings. Gym is terrific.

On street parking is very difficult and requires a zone 1 permit. Academy House residents can pay $200 per month for parking at Parkway's Avenue of the Arts Garage on 15th Street. Other garages run between $250 and $400 per month.
