First time at this IHOP and got here at 9:50am got seated at 10:34am and food arrived at 11:18am.
Yes, I have been treated as if I go in for free food or something. They acknowledged our table about 10 or 15 min after we have been seated and the glasses for the water were dirty (gross). And I am sorry, but, the waitress and her service was not rude, but sloppy. And finally, they did not have the popular banana with Nutella crepes, that I waited about thirty minutes for, before we were seated. I could not enjoy my meal.

I was charged the tip without authorization they were charged
They where not really rude but they will leave you standing and waiting for a table a good while, and they just walk by and look at you they don't say be with you in a minute or nothing, yeah I guess that's pretty rude
No you won't but. It took about 30 min to get our breakfast.
