You can hunt turkey on the islands in the fall. However, the islands are closed to entry during nesting season (February 1-June 15 or 30), so the spring turkey hunt is not open on the Snake River Islands Unit of the refuge.

I believe most of the islands are open for hunting. Unit 38 I believe. Check your regs
