There is a small packet of pecans that should come with it just like the salad dressing, you have to put it on yourself.
I always have to ask for the pecans too, and I always eat it there.
I would contact the manager about that. Everytime u go in there,i would always tell them to make sure pecans are in there and I wouldnt leave the store till u check and make sure they are there.
I've only ordered one salad with pecans and I had to ask for mine too.
I get tired of contacting managers! This is a person's job not mine. Why can't anyone seem to do their job? Why must I do it for them? The fast food workers want to get as much as $15 per hour, why should they when they can't do their job? Karen Leftwich what? Really?
Just a guess, but peacans have a lot of calories and are a more costly nut. The amount on yhe salad is probably just enough to advertise it, but keep the calorie count at a healthy level while still turning their profit. Changes on that level would typically go through corporate, not the store manager. Maybe use social media to snag their attention with an online petition.
