Took my vehicle on 7/7/2022 to this location in Camby to get a brake inspection because I had a soft pedal they said I needed pads and rotors which was inaccurate, because I had receipt where pads and rotors were changed less than 6 months ago. When I said that is when they said they would check the pedal feel which says to me that they did not pay attention to what I said to start with and then told me that I needed a master cylinder. Therefore it proves they do not pay attention to a customer and what a customer says, therefore they cannot be trusted in my opinion. And an employee named Scott was arrogant and cocky.

Belle tire has to be one of the nicest, well managed businesses around. They repaired my tire in under an hour. I had purchased a set of tires there before, but not the tire that needed repair. No charge!!!! I give them an A+++.

Great store, Great Company! Completely worthless store Manager! Enjoys stealing from customers and employees alike!! If you do happen to shop at this store, do your business with Austin or Scott! They will always take care of you properly and give the best service/price possible!! Manager will not provide those for you, in fact he will be rude and condescending, also will try to cheat his mechanics on their labor... Enough said..

So i took my car to be checked after my brake pedal start sinking to the floor, the guy told me let's start with flashing the brake system sometimes old fluid cause this problems i was ok, then nothing, and he suggested to change master cylinder and i told him i changed it 3 months ago, he said it might went bad again so i was like ok go ahead, and that brought the total to 475$, and he just gave me the key without telling me that the problem didn't get fixed, i came back after 5 min telling him the problem is still there, and he was trying to charge me another 400 plus for pads i said no bcs i can't keep paying for them while they're trying different stuff, they couldn't just say we don't know, and more than that it's when i checked my car and find different stuff to be messing ( pics included) i don't believe a big brand like belle tire don't have right tools for the job and keep throwing parts away and with a small research in the internet i found out that the problem actually is bad ABS control unit which ia a common issue in my car, so now, no more belle tire I'll find another place with professional ppl and right tooks
