I seriously can't believe that they have a property manager that speaks to people the way she does. Her name is Jerri Wright and she is definitely not professional. Without knowing who I am or anything she racially profiled me and threatened to have me removed off the premises without any provocation from me. It's sad when tenants warn you before you move in about the property manager that abuses her position. I was just looking at the complex to move into but if she(Jerri) is the property manager it's definitely not worth it. I have NEVER met anyone so unprofessional and prejudice in my life. It's a shame that a potentially good place to live gets such low ratings due to poor management. Too bad I can't give zero stars. Wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy.

The manager was very rude obnoxious. Warning to all the horror stories are very likely to be true my little implicit time with her over the phone you will get none of my money. There's many more places that offer similar deals with way better customer service if I could give you one star I would you deserve nothing. For anyone who actually owns this place know that this manager needs to be replaced immediately in fact her whole staff needs to be replaced immediately.

Signed a year lease and couldn't be any happier to be getting out of this place soon. There's so many negative things I could say about this dump. First week living here my car got towed due to the rude manager forgetting to give me a sticker I knew nothing about. Went to the pool a month after living here and it was packed. Way to small and the manager was there with her kids and she was screaming and hitting them. Very unprofessional. Rudest person I have ever met. If you try to contact them you should just give up. You'll have to leave a billion voicemails and call Aton to ever get a response days later. The roads are total crap. Pot holes everywhere. Don't live by the dumpsters or you'll get woken up constantly. Walls are far from sound proof. Every time a neighbor lets their door shut it slams and you can hear it. You can also hear every conversation outside. Be prepared to get watched. Your every move. Management is terrible. They have guest parking here however they are always full and they'll have to park far from where you live. Kitchens are small and ugly. Says the apartments are non smoking however my walls are yellow and the smell of smoke is still in here. If you are thinking about moving here just because it's the cheapest in Camby, do not!!! It is not worth it at all. My family says I live in the "Ghetto" due to the people who live here and the terrible roads and the apartments themselves. Advice for the owners, get new roads, redesign the outsides and insides, bigger pool, and better management!!!!!!!

Has not been a very good experience. Was made to sign the lease before being let in apt contrary to what lease says. Was given a sticker for car to park in complex & then verbally told 2 months later that sticker replacement is $100 even though I was never told that or signed anything stating that policy. Was told it is "common sense". Not sure when apt. complexes started doing things based on common sense, but I'm sure my attorney will have something to say about all this. Turned in apt. status & repair needs with first rent & have seen no one...that was July 2015. Was told lease says no smoking in apt., but that exists NOWHERE in my lease. Was told school bus came into complex...another lie! Think REALLY hard before moving here...that is IF you can get anyone in office to answer phone or be in the office during office hours.
