They have an in the house guitar luthier so I would be willing to bet they could do it. If not try gigs music around the corner on orchard.
Im guessing they might. Although whammy or tremolo bars dont require a floating bridge. If you descide to install a floating bridge, it will increase the whammys flexibility which offers more range to the effects and sounds. Most floating bridges I've seen also have a locking nut which may be additional hardware and installation fees. Best advice would be to ask them. Im not an employee there.
