Anytime they're open. Good staff, great for kids. Plenty of one on one time for them. They even have spaces to rent for parties.
Morning is the best, less crowded and you can experience all the exibits.
Week nights about an hour to hour and half before closing. Also, mornings are never crowded except weekends can be at times.
Every time I went was a good time. Never seems to be too busy. My children love it.
It's nice to find out if there's not a field trip going on that day. Only because that means quite a few extra kids that day. But it's always a great place to be
