We have done two of the escape rooms at puzzle effect and it has always been so much fun. They have a friendly staff and very quick service! Highly recommended:)

Oh my goodness, whoever the gentleman was who was working on Sunday, August 21st- THANK YOU! My son has some slight sensory issues but really wanted to do an escape room for his birthday and invite all of his friends. Understandably things got noisy and while I was distracted managing the party, my son left the escape room to take a break in the lobby. The employee sat and chatted with him about what was going on, which is so kind! After a while my son went back in and the employee posted on the screen, “say Happy Birthday QUIETLY if you’d like more time.” How thoughtful of him! After the evening was over I asked my son what his favorite part of the party was and he said it was the employee who understood and chatted with him and then asked the group to say their happy birthday quietly. He felt seen and respected and that means so much to me! Thank you!!!

Came here from Idaho falls. My wife and I enjoy escape rooms immensely. This was easily at the top of our list. We ended up doing 2 rooms in the 2 days we were visiting. The puzzles were fantastic and required you to think while at the same time not making you feel less than the task. They provide guided clues if you are failing to connect the dots but they never overstep so that you are the one actually figuring it out. The Staff we dealt with (John, Elijah and Taylor) were so awesome. Professional and also stoked to see you succeed and very friendly. Next time we are in Boise we will return. We have since gone 2 more times and finished all the rooms offered. Kayty was our game master both times and she was amazing. Fun rooms and well designed. We love going here.
