I want to send a power point from my apple macbook pro to my IPAD. I want to also keep it on the Mac book pro
How do I do this? on my Ipad I only have keynote

It's most likely possible depending on the iPad model, there is the Handoff feature. You can call 1(800) MYAPPLE to get over the phone support.
