I have the iPhone 6S..I think thats what it is
Recently when I try to open something using the touch screen it does not react..
In most cases I need to restart the phone to get it to respond..
It is happening much more frequently

You can try to restore the device via any computer that has iTunes installed. If this does not fix the issue I would suggest making an appointment .

Take it in to Apple be prepared to wait a couple hours and they will fix it
