A lot of people jet ski right below the dam to just past the water treatment plant but cant go much further without risking bottoming out. Good luck.
The Rapids area would be too small. The river itself is pretty small/ narrow as well for that kind of sport I would think.
Never seen jet skis there. River is very shallow in spots & canoe shute by park has many rocks
