I went last week and based on my experience it is. My kid is 7 years old and he loves meat. Kids up to 7 don't pay and they can eat whatever they want. He tried different kinds of meat and he loved them all. Its kinda of a fancy restaurant but he behaved accordingly.
People do bring kids but I feel it's more of an Adult restaurant.
They say it is but it's really not.
