When my baby ( 8 yr old female Yorkie) started showing signs of pancreatitis while I was out of town, my husband was able to get her in very quickly at sierra Ranch Veterinary clinic! Ava has Pancreatitis. She was exhibiting the same symptoms has she did with her first attack. It was very scary to us both! So we want to give a big thanks to all the staff there at the Ranch. My family has been involved in German Shepherd rescue for over 10 years. During that time we've had literally dozens of foster dogs, along with our own pack of GSDs. With that experience we've worked with a lot of different Veterinary hospitals. So we know a well run vets office when we see one. And Sierra Ranch Veterinary Hospital is one of the best we've ever worked with. We started bringing our senior GSD to Sierra Ranch about 2 years ago for rehabilitation work. We were so impressed with the vets and staff here that we decided to make then our primary Veterinarian. Besides taking meticulous care of our older guy (who is 13 now), they have done a great job caring for his pack mate who is 4 and suffers from Chronic Superficial Keratitis (Pannus). By Dr. Williams spotting his condition early and referring us to a specialist, we were able to get our boy the care he needed before his condition created permanent damage. Going back to their rehab services, I can't say enough about how much this has helped our older guy. Providing him the right diagnosis, PRP injection therapy, cartilage supplements, followed by a comprehensive physical rehabilitation regimen has been a life changer for him. He's able to walk, swim and even play fetch like he used to, which has significantly improved his quality of life. None of that would have been possible without the k knowledgeable and caring staff at Sierra Ranch. Highly recommended!
