Went out today in a 21 ft ski boat (5 mph). No problem. Launch at Granita Bay is fine.
No..I was out at Folsom 2 weeks ago. All the boat launches are not usable. There isn't any water. It took me 30 minutes to drive down to the water. You launch at your own risk. If you can find the water. We are in a severe drought, if you haven't already know about this.
