For most people it does wonders for asthma. It can really open up your airways by reducing inflammation. No it is not a cure but in many countries around the world this is a complimentary treatment for asthma. Children also react really well and I have heard of kids that have given up their inhaler with continuous salt treatment sessions. Although you may need medication less it does NOT replace your medicine.
I had bronchitis and it helped with that it can help with asthma however it's I don't feel meant to replace your medication
