You can pay for as long as you want to...from a week, to as many months as you want to. The rates change everyday...you need to call for the current rates. There are studios and one bedrooms. I would not advise paying anything beyond a week, at first, until you know if you will like it.
I would suggest staying elsewhere; it is very overpriced compared to something you could get for 15$ more( trust me on this) You can pay approximately by the week -1st week is high .. (Like over 3 hundred) then it goes down til like 230 for a 1 bd . Try Siegel suites-no bugs, clean and nice staff.
