What is Mid Oregon's policy on counting and depositing coins into one's account? Do you really charge members a fee for doing that?

Hi Neil, we do have a policy of a 3%, or $1 minimum charge for counting coins. For members, in some cases the fee is waived when the ticket for the coins is presented to our tellers. Staff in the branch can explain. Thank you for responding Ryley!
