They don't answer their phone! They're always crowded depending on the time of the year, the month, the day. Your best bet is to call Apple Care and have them make you an appointment.
They have a huge number of staff onsite. Go to the mall, talk to a staff member and you will be called within 20 minutes or less via txt message. Other option is to call ahead. That was my experience. Great service!
