There are stairs to get to the second floor of the store. Not sure if they have an elevator.

Yes they have an elevator. But someone has to drive it and if all the employees are busy you're out of luck.
I didn't see an elevator, but i wasn't looking for one either.
Sometimes they do. Sometimes they don't. It's best to just go there once or twice a week since their stock rotates quite a bit.
