Hey Audrey, yes as Bev said 10pm they lock so you want to be out of there at least a couple minutes prior to be safe
The facility hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. At 10 p.m. the gate will not open from either side, I would recommend leaving at least 5 minutes before 10p.m.
