Girls working 6:30 pm 9/21 made me throw all my tools on the ground in the rain to avoid being charged extra. Hilariously awful people. Was here yesterday and a guy with curly hair was amazingly kind and helpful. More of that guy less of these girls. EDIT: after leaving my accurate review I was charged an extra $44 without notice or explanation. $193 to rent a truck for 8 hours. Just a truly disgusting company

Me and my mother came in there today to empty her storage an they have a small corner lot with no customer space an a worker had blocked main entrance with a truck and with heavy traffick behind us my mother accidentally turned into the truck return lane an no sooner than we realize she can’t get to storage through there we decide to back up to get out an find the correct entrance and then BOOM!! Some blonde uhaul worker with corn rolls comes up to our window raising her voice at my mother telling her she can’t be up over in this parking lot cause it’s where they return the trucks.. so rude it’s not even funny and we tell her it was a mistake where we turned in then she continues to get all ghetto an try to jump all over us about it for no reason. You could have just said it nicely especially considering we are paying storage customers who says we wasn’t there to pull into propane?? Point of it all is this store has a sad excuse employee with no customer service skills what so ever an she probably needs to work on that!

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Like many others if I could give less than one star I would. The store had employees who were not trained properly and told us to our face they didn't know what they were doing and ended up making mistakes which added on extra hours of work for us. When I tried to call Austin the store manager the night of when his employee was struggling he didn't answer. After the rental when a complaint was made Austin did not respond in the 72 hours and only after calling again did I get to speak to him during which he was excessively rude on the phone and not apologetic at all for the terrible customer service and the added stress to an already stressful process of moving. If you, like me, have to rent and get moved to pick up at Hamilton you should 100% drive extra time to ANYWHERE else to pick up as this manager is AWFUL and truly should not be in a customer service business!

If you make a reservation online or on the phone it will ask for PREFERRED location... If that location has what you need (when needed) then yes it will go to that store. If not it will be sent to the CLOSEST location with the needed equipment best bet is to stop in and talk to someone actually in the store (if possible)
