Hey Audrey, yes as Bev said 10pm they lock so you want to be out of there at least a couple minutes prior to be safe

It's saying my balance due is zero dollars but it says my last payment was processed on 3/8/2021, I Don't want to Miss a payment and lose my storage unit but it won't let me make a payment so did the date change?
