Yes...same happened to me....I love aldi, but they have to slow their role a bit. I didn't go back because I waste more gas going back...It just sucks...sorry this happened to you too.
This does happen as it has happened to me on a couple occasions. I think they are moving to quickly and make those mistakes. I still love Aldi's but unfortunately I have to pay close attention to the cashiers.
