I always eat at this McDonald’s when coming to concord , but today , both managers where working . I entered into the restaurant, got to the counter , thinking they where going to take my order, And no one, I mean no one wanted to take my order . Taking in consideration, the managers both where working up front and handling the area upfront . FYI if you can’t learn how to compromise and run the cash register you will miss out on customers coming in to eat and order . Everyone isn’t comfortable with using the Kiosk or feel that it’s safe to use the kiosk to place a order ! Literally waited and waited and no one wanted to take my order . Give customers who enter a choice on how they would like to place there order , or at least come out and show customers how to use the Kiosk !

My wife and I went to the drive through today and it wad literally the slowest McDonald's we have ever been to, we were in the drive through line for about 20 minutes, and we were at the window for another 20 minutes, when we finally got out food, it's like they just through the food in there, the mcdouble didn't even have the paper wrapped around it, and all the other sandwiches were exactly the same. I understand that today being Easter it's a busy day, but we are customers, and should not be treated like that.

Well I drove through and ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and as I was eating the nuggets I almost put one in my mouth that had this wrapped around it.. I’m not sure exactly what it is but was some type of string material. My fries were also cold with no salt and they forgot my sauce I asked for. Definitely was a terrible experience. Their customer service was nice but definitely not what I was expecting while eating the food.

Yes right now workers were picking the ground while passing food out. Disgusting.
Their rushing the order do to increased business. Even at the drive through window we have to check our orders do to the same situations. They need to slow down a little which will increase their efficiency.
